Which motherboard are you using? The FX 9590 is an insanely power hungry CPU and needs extremely robust VRMs to work properly. It's why only a handful really high end AM3+ motherboards officially support it. If your temperatures are within acceptable limits, then the motherboard might be the culprit if it's one that doesn't include the FX 9590 on the CPU support list.

One thing to try is to go into your BIOS and disable any CPU power saving features (check the motherboard manual, Quiet N Cool is a popular one). A lot of the later AMD chips in that series seem to get unstable when these features are enabled and you are doing high demand tasks like gaming. It seems the voltage switching doesn't keep up and the CPUs become unstable and crash at times.

I had my 8350 at 4.8 and was getting high temps with the H100i. I emailed corsair tech support and they rma'd it for a new model. 70C should not be hit by a fully functioning H100i on that cpu or my cpu. it may be defective pump like mine was.
