I really need help, I have a project in for tonight that I have to render. My graphics card has just stopped giving a signal through either HDMI to HDMI or DVID to HDMI. All that happens is the screen stays blue and says "No signal recived from HDMI 1 (or 2)". AMD catalys control centre seems to have also dissapeared, not sure why. I have tried to uninstall the drivers and reinstall the drivers but it just finishes then nothing happens, no restart or anything so i restart it myself and nothing has changed. I have tried finding my disk with the factory drivers on but can't find it so now I'm stuck without any drivers at all. Any help will be much appreciated.

EDIT: I'm using windows 10.

not to say its your issue but I use a 7850 and this driver
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/previous/detail?os=Windows%207%20-%2064&rev=13.12

any driver newer then it seems to all have some kinda issue and black screening or no signal type as well ??

now have you tried to boot into safe mode to see if it will display on the standard default windows driver ?? for mine I tap F8 at posting like you would do if wanting to enter the bios

arte you sure it not the monitor ? there ports could fail as well ?? [I do think the dvi to hdmi cable is the better bet to use overall] and why I wonder if its not in the monitor ??

with out a backup card / monitor to test all things out its just still guess work ...

does your board have onboard/chip graphics ??? may need to try it as well to get things up ??

It isn't the monitor because I've been plugging it into the motherboard and used it without the graphics card but I will try installing those drivers you linked and tell you what happens.

EDIT: I should also mention that I have windows 10 installed on this desktop.

Oh man, I tried to install the drivers you showed me and nothing happened, I guess it might be windows 10 but even the amd drivers for 10 don't do anything. I'm so confused.

thing is and how I look at it is that with the older card that 13.12 tests and works solid now you got newer drivers and os that maybe better sutided for there newer cards [like I was saying about how the older 13.12 driver works with out issue over any newer amd driver ] see....

I cant say cause 10 is something I would never use unless down the road I'm forced into it due to vender drops all older windows support like they have with xp and vista then its Linux for me

anymore if it was not for the ease of gaming I would not conceder windows at all [or as much ] Linux covers all the rest just as good better

google articles like this to see if theres a resolve in them for you ??
