Is i3 2100 enough for gaming ?

Is that enough with gtx 750 ti at 1366 x 768 resolution ?

No ultra. Probably some high, some medium (GTAV). Depends on the game.

Definitely depends on the game being played. The older the game, the higher the settings you will be able to use.
