Solution
As much as it pains me to say it, because I dearly loved my i5-3570k, I'd have to say the first one. For the following reasons- it has a better vid card, a better SSD, and a better PSU, also the motherboard has room to upgrade the CPU, whereas the other motherboard is pretty much maxed with the i5-3570k (nothing it supports would be worth an upgrade) and it's an "H" chip set which means you can't even overclock the i5 that's in it.

Now, if you were going to upgrade the other parts, then the i5, but that kind of goes against the spirit of your question.
