Like the title says, i have 2 very old samsung vga monitors, i recently got the second one from a friend, and they are the same model, i have a 2gb gtx 680, i see it has 2 dvi ports, but the second one has 25 pins, so i was wondering if it even is a dvi port, and if so can i use the second vga monitor or not?

There is a difference between a DVI-D & a DVI-I plug. If one of your DVI plugs has 4 extra pins to the other, that is the one you should use to carry an analogue signal to a VGA connected monitor. The one without those 4 pins only carries a digital signal, so it won't connect to vga. If you have one of each of these plugs, you will only be able to connect one of your monitors.
