Actually you were a big help but can you overclock the Xeon? If so I think I will cool it with a Corsair H100i

xeons are not meant to be overclocked. you should be able to slightly adjust the fsb on them for a small overclock but they wont clock nearly as high as a i5 or i7 making water cooling them usless.

Nothing wrong with your build but in nearly all gaming situations 8gb of fast memory will outperform 16 gb of value stuf fhttp://pcpartpicker.com/p/BCq9Mp all I changed was memory to something u can oc pretty well

Well unless you are just REALLY tied to a watercooled overclockable of the first build is actually a better multi tasker
