If you ever plan or even consider planning a GPU later, I would get something big enough now. Seasonic makes some very good 300W PSUs, and I would not bother with anything less powerful, but if you go with 450w to 550w you will have much more flexible upgrade options.

If it is a non-gaming system, you can consider a modest performance PSU, down to Tier 3 on our list here : http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
