Nvidia Driver question

Well I was hearing of People who updated and then their cards went wacko. His system runs Windows 7 64-bit. One time I forgot what drive I updated to but when I had that system I update to a newer driver and it started freezing the computer but don't know about the newer ones now if that is an issue since this was I think in the 320 series drivers.

Even I didn't go to the 320 or around those. People were having issues on all cards. I was on 314.22 til 350.12 but only because cuda performance took a hit. I updated because it didn't matter anymore and for gta v. It increased performance and fixed stuttering I was having on that game. That was in the beginning of the year and updated to 353.30 and 355.82 since then. I just haven't looked at the newer releases but I can tell you I have had no issues with 355.82. With older cards I am a bit more hesitant to update because they get less attention.

320 does has it's issue but i did use one without much issue lol. Only have driver stop responding and recovered once on me and the whole time i use it (for almost two months) it was fine with my 660SLI. and it is a famous one called as driver killing card like the previous 195.xx where it mess up with fan control.
