R7 250X on 250 W PSu?????

all right guys, i am a little low on budget, i am using a 250 watt psu of iball model no. PPS 255. i decided to add a graphic card i.e powercolor r7 250x 1gb gddr5 . my card havent arrived yet, but to test if the card will work or not, i used my brothers sapphire HD 7770 for about 10 mins it was working quite and nice . please guide me in this matter

It's not just a matter of 'testing'.
It's a matter of whether the card OR the PSU lasts when you're in the middle of Crysis 3.

It's a no. The 250W PSU won't be able to handle your new card. You'll have to get a new PSU. I was having difficulty running a 210 on full load on my own 250W PSU.
