I want the cheapest PC that can run minecraft COD mw3 codbo3 and lightweight steam games at decent settings 60+ fps. I want the cheapest possible?

1. do you have an favorite CPU manufactor (AMD, Intel)?

2. CD/DVD/BluRay drive?

3. Price limit?

4. Which OS? Windows, Linux or OSX (Hackintosh)
