Your i5 will do the job just fine, dont worry
Comparing it to the newer i5's this one will be just 3fps behind

Now, this guy has done all the videos using AMD FX 8350, on Ultra Settings. If you turn off some unwanted settings like DOF, Motion blur etc then you can achieve even more framerates.

Gtx 960 2gb will run;
(1080p, Max settings,i5 3570k@4.2)(lower settings will be faster!)
Fc4: 52fps
Madmax: 80fps
AC unity:
-40+ fps at: high textures, low shadows
So; pretty much high or ultra on most of your games, ac unity is high demanding so consider it medium.
