What will be the price of and i5, and a gtx 950 during black Friday should I wait for black Friday?????? to buy pc parts or should I buy now???????????

If you have a need now, shop and buy now.
Intel does not change the wholesale cost of their processors, so at retail, sales will come with conditions.
For example, microcenter often has very good prices for cpu, but you must walk in to their store where they hope you willalso buy a motherboard.

The margin on GTX950 might be high enough to allow some discounts. But, since it is a current gen card, there is not much incentive.
Where you might find a bargain is with older gen graphics cards that perform similarly.
