Plz help got a major problem while cleaning my cpu!!!

I clean my pc by taking out all wires from motherboard. after i cleaned the cpu my pc didn't turn on it gives only a short sound like tik.not even motherboard starts.then i took out power wire which sends start signal to mobo and tried to start my mobo using a screwdriver and when i touched the power pin with screwdriver then also the same problem it gives a shirt tik sound and doesn't start at all. Plz help!!!

Which processor ? Intel processor sockets are very sensitive and it's very easy to bend pins if you were taking processor out,

Intel dual CPU e2200 and i didn't removed the heatsink.yes the processor pins are ok.i checked them

Do you have the both the 24 pin and the 4/8 pin power cables connected to the mobo

Please don't tell me you used a broom or something to clean the inside of your cabinet(it's case or cabinet, not CPU; CPU is the processor). If you did, it's pretty much goodbye to your system.
Also don't tell me you used water.

Paint a picture.
What did you use to clean? Did you take out any components? Did you put back all components after you were done? Walk me through the whole experience. Be as detailed as possible.

Hey i managed to get the mobo working but when it starts then a burning smell comes so i am afraid that i should switch it on or not

Hey i silved the problem when it didn't started i picked a pin and touched the 24 power pin several times when the mobo was on and then yippee it started . The solution was to give it some sparking. I think that happened because when i was cleaning my pc i was sitting on a plastic chair and i think then the mobo picked static charges from me.
