Help with new build needed (and PSU recommendation!)

Hey everyone, a friend of mine asked me to build a pc for him but I have run into some trouble.
I can't find a good PSU for the build!
This is the complete build with a Corsair PSU that I have decided to change.

The PSU has to be up to 80-85 EUROS.
Has to be fully/semi modular
Around 600w I think is enough for the build.

Also if you notice any incompatibilities with the rest of the build please tell me! Thanks a lot in advance!

look at tiers 1+2 preferably.Tier 3 will do when not having the budget or when the higher tiers are unavailable.For tier 3 the Cooler Master G650M for instance.Most of the times not too expensive,still semi modular.
