Hello guys. I will keep it simple. Should I get:
- Two Gtx 980s(reference designe for better cooling in SLI)
OR
- MSI/Corsair's watercooled Gtx 980 Ti and overclock it to 1500 mhz
Since I have read about games having issues in SLI, I have my doubts about it so what would be a better choice? Where I live both options cost the same. Thanks in advance.

I am using a standard 1080p monitor. I don't plan to go above 1080p since the HUDs go tiny and I have a terrible sight condition. But i want to keep above 60fps in any game for the next years. I feel like low fps makes me dizzy after a while.

The 97o can't reach 60 fps even in Witcher 3 with hairworks off and even the 980 dips below 60 at times. FPS is really important to me and I do not plan to upgrade again soon. Upcoming games will be more demanding that current ones(*cough* Star Citizen *cough*) so isn't it worth to spend the extra buck?

You may need to turn anti aliasing down but I dont see it as important past x2 ps. I find it extremely likely that star citizen wont finish, will hugely dissapoint or will go the way of evolve. Destiny cost 500million Star citizen is so much more ambitious but has less funding and a much smaller potential audience.

Mainly because you can save a lot by buying the 970 now, then selling in a couple of years and getting the newest mid-high end card. Buying the top end card for "future proofing" isn never a good idea in terms of cost. You pay a LOT more for not as much more in performance.
