when i work even light weighted processes like matlab and torrentz ....msi afterburner shows gpu temp upto 50 dregrees sometimes ...anything wrong??

Nope, as long as it stays below 90C your good. (BTW...89C is perfectly fine, 90-95C is very bad lol.)
