hi, i wanted to know whats a "South/North Bridge" and is it important? im looking at a water cooling loop kit and this raises the price in 20$ so i wanted to know what it does and if i need it.
here is a pic of a S/N bridge: http://g01.a.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1GarYKXXXXXcCXFXXq6xXFXXX3/220372686/HTB1GarYKXXXXXcCXFXXq6xXFXXX3.jpg
also, whats better, "Twist Connector" or "Pagoda", because thats some of kit with the twist connector is more expensive and i wanted to know it if makes a different, here is a pic of a twist connector: http://g02.a.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1YgdhKXXXXXa5XpXXq6xXFXXXZ/220372686/HTB1YgdhKXXXXXa5XpXXq6xXFXXXZ.jpg
and here is a pic of a pagoda: http://g02.a.alicdn.com/kf/HTB11uT5KXXXXXakXXXXq6xXFXXXY/220372686/HTB11uT5KXXXXXakXXXXq6xXFXXXY.jpg

My personal opinion is that the barb-clamp connectors are more secure, and are more forgiving to handling (meaning they take more to get them to leak). The main objection to them, and favoring compression fittings, is that they look nicer/cleaner, but I think it depends on the kind you go with. These are nice looking when installed:

But again, my opinion.

Chilling your NB/SB is not really necessary unless you're pushing clocks for fun or simply like the look. Wherever you settle for a 24/7 OC, you're unlikely to be where those components are out of a safe operating range:

Your "twist connector" is called a "compression fitting", the "pagoda" a "barb fitting". Compression fittings are the better option but are more expensive. They are more secure, will not pull out more aesthetically pleasing and tubing won't be cut by over tightening the clamp

As for the MoBo Block, I'd need to know a bit about your system components and the specific "kit" being used and most importantly what your overclocking goals are before I'd comment on whether the MoBo block would be worth it.
