ASRock board. Cannot boot from any device.

I have a ASRock H97m Anniversary Mobo, i3 4160, 8 gigs corsair vengence ddr3-1600. My problem is that I can't boot from any device: SSD, HDD, USB, CD, etc. My BIOS recognizes all devices. My BIOS also seems to believe that my CPU is running at -5C and my fans spinning at 64507 RPM. I have already reset the BIOS with no change to anything. I need help.

Call asrock for RMA, if it is still under warranty.
