Hi Guys, It's going to be my first time to buy a gaming rig, and I've been doing my homework researching what fits my requirement regarding gaming which can play high quality with farcry4 and in the same time it can also perform above average in 3dsmax rendering with architectural interior designs.

Basically its like a system which fits on both gaming and work station (workstation just for studying only and not like a bad ass rig for ultra high quality rendering, like I said just more than an average type)

Here are the specs I have chosen and I'm not pretty sure if these are compatible with each other but I guess yes. (by the way Im not planning to overclock anything)

CPU (PROCESSOR) ----- I7 - 6700K
CPU FAN ----- COOLER MASTER 212X
GPU (GRAPHICS CARD) ----- GIGABYTE NVIDIA GTX 980 ti
RAM (MEMORY) ----- KINGSTON DDR4 8GB (2PCS)
SSD HARDRIVE (FOR O.S.) ----- 128 GB
HDD HARDRIVE FOR SOFTWARE)----- TOSHIBA 1 TB
POWER SUPPLY ----- CORSAIR CX750 750W
DVD WRITER ----- NORMAL DVD WRITER
MOBO (MOTHER BOARD) ----- ASUS Z170 DELUXE
CPU CASE (FULL TOWER) ----- CORSAIR GRAPHITE 760T WHITE
OPERATING SYSTEM ----- WINDOWS 10
MONITOR (144HZ) ----- ASUS FULL HD VG248QE 24" (1MS)

For the CPU Case and Monitor, I would like to have some advice if there is other model or brand which is better but cheaper,

Not sure about your data management but you may want to consider getting a 250GB+ SSD drive.
I would use a different psu than Corsair CX 750 psu. You may want to consider EVGA G2 750W or Corsair RM750i. If you just running a single gpu build, a 650W psu is fine: EVGA G2 650W.

I didn't know that CX Series power supply is a crap, anyway , I better check your preference, and for the SSD its just a little price higher for the 250g I think i better go with it as well. thanks

But what about the casing and the monitor, any suggestions? the asus monitor price is a bit high for me, if there is a cheaper one which has an adjustable neck and 144hz will be fine as an alternative.

then for the casing, any suggestion guys, I think the CORSAIR GRAPHITE 760T is not that strong just like what I watch in its review on youtube.

Im also thinking about the cooling system, do you guys think I should add more? even though Im not going to overclock anything.

Monitor-Lots of good ones. Check reviews on Toms, PCPerspective etc. Asus, Acer ,Ben-Q and a few others all make quality monitors.
Cases- The same. Reviews usually give a good idea of the features and look you want. I have Phanteks Enthoo Pro. Great case but it might not appeal to you.
Cooling-That cooler is fine. I have 6600k with Corsair H-90 runs 28 idle/45 load not OCed yet.

Seeing as you have already opted for Skylake (fine choice sir).

1. I would recommend EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti HYDRO COPPER GAMING (800$);its optimized for gaming and with some slight tinkering CAD would work like a charm and ensure a little future proofing on the side.

2. As for Power Supply you should go with a gold 80+ or platinum 80+ Unit.

3. Monitor there are many more good choices you should look at.

Just my Opinion.
