Should I get extra side fans to run this GPU?

I recently Bought Nvidia GTX 960 by Gigabyte.
Model is GV-N960OC-4GD

http://www.gigabyte.in/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5507#ov

It has Two Blades (WINDFORCE 2X cooling system)

Is that enough to keep the GPU under safe/normal temps?
Or should I get a Side fan and fit inside the case? (Case is CM Force 500)

I am not planning to overclock it.

I am tight on money so i do not want to buy Side fan unless it is absolutely necessary.

Also please let me know which application is best to check GPU Fan speed and temp readings.

Just use MSI after burner to check the temps out, I doubt your temps are high though. I'm currently working on something with cuda so I have a system with two of the same cards in sli that never go past 75c in a non AC room. Side fans really don't do to much honestly, they might make it 3-4c cooler, but just more noise.
