Usually a good quality 300w is enough to a 750Ti, what's the rest of system? However there us a massive difference between a good quality and bad quality PSU of the same wattage

Intel HD graphics. - GPU.
H61M-P20. - MOBO.

The PSU uses 1 x 4 PIN, I think the card needs a minimum of 6 or even 8?

Wow that's a really low end unit. Some 750Ti dont even need a direct power cable from the PSU, they take there power from the pcie socket

I cant say, in theory yes as the spec is more than enough BUT low quality PSU's lie about there spec's and can actually self destruct long before they reach there quoted max output.
