windows 10 taking up 90gb on fresh install!

So i just installed windows 10 on my new Samsung 850 EVO 250gb SSD with a fresh install and for some weird reason my explorer says it is using 90GB of storage. I'm not sure why it is doing this but when i select all my files on my SSD the size is only 20GB.

I know it should not be 90GB so how can i fix this and free up some space?
