Hello,

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and while everything is working fine for the most part, when I first load into a game after about 10-15 minutes I will get the aforementioned error.

Over the past week its been perfectly fine but I don't know what's causing it.
Additionally I'm using the 358.50 driver from NVIDIA as I have been the whole time.

Intel i5 4690k
8GB Memory
Rosewill ARC-650 650 Watt PSU
EVGA GTX970 SSC

Part of me fears a hardware failure but I'm genuinely hoping it's not.

I included the report from reliability viewer below

Solution
Try udating your drivers though i can't vouch how the latest driver work since 355.98 ia not the latest one. And to be exact some people said there is issues with the latest WHQL. To me i don't really mind to have the latest one since the driver only contain minimal update from 355.98.
