So, I made 2 systems listed below. The reason why I made 2 systems is , because I don't really know which build is more worth in price/performance.

What am I doing with the system?

I will mainly use the PC for softwares and gaming, programs are listed below. So rendering, video editing, lots of multitasking (usually 4-5 browser tabs open with various softwares and game).

Softwares: Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop (Adobe)
Games: So far, Lol, mmo's, fifa. (Perhaps more later)

Also, this would be my first time building a pc, (never overclocked).

The i7 5820k system would cost €100-200 more than the 6700.

Monitor: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/part/dell-monitor-u2515h

Although, it has 60hz and 6ms, which might not be the best thing for gaming? , but it has resolution of 1440p and great colors I believe.

Your slacking just a bit on the power supply and I would really question 32GB of memory.
If your at the top of your budget you need to rethink some of the parts.
The green drive has got to go.
60HZ is fine for gaming and the 6MS should be a nonfactor with the games you listed.

Well, I don't think an i7 4790 is futureproof, it might do the work, but I still could for for this system even too it's a bit over the budget. http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/Z4qX6h

Why don't you think I won't go over 12GB , when I will be using so many things in one time and in AE I could get the maximum power with 32GB
Why 2x 1080p monitors?
Als, you didn't mention the 5820k?

Your not going to be editing, rendering, while gaming!!!!!!!!!!!! That's why your not going over 16GB of memory.
If you think you can do everything at one time your living in a dream world.
The 5820K is a good processor but takes away form your gaming performance money.
2 Monitors if you don't know then you can actually have more than one item open looking at both, example you could be gaming on one and have monitoring programs, you-tube up on the other.
You can pick one certain program and make any case of what is more important for either the processor or memory. For AE I would pick the 6 core processor over 32GB of memory but with your budget you need to balance for everything your doing.
I could even make a case where your performance is slacking because you have no SSD for a scratch drive.
Either you will need to compromise to balance the PC for everything or up your budget you said 1300 that's what I listed.
Memory is fairly cheap and easy to add.
Both of your builds are over the budget you listed mine is in it.
Future proofing is a myth their no such thing tech changes to quick and you still have the green drive with head parking. http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/Z4qX6h
The difference in the R4 and R5 case is about nothing but 20 bucks.

as you're going to be rendering and video editing I really like the Xeon 1231 V3 for these tasks it performs Very well with these tasks and its also a very good Gaming CPU, ive given you 32GB of RAM to help with these purposes as well you also have a larger tier 1 PSU and you get to keep the GTX 970 at a good price :).

as far as rendering and video editing go yes, they will make a pretty substantial difference, plus as most people only use a 1080p screen @ 60Mhz there is no reason to get the 980 over the 970, if you want higher Vram which maybe a good idea you can get the r9 390 as an alternative and this will perform better but for what OP said he dose the specs given should do him perfectly for this price point.

I wonder why you would go for the xeon 1231 and gtx 980?
I'm not that big of gamer, but when looking at the softwares I rather need a balance.
I heard that AE renders with GPU and C4D and editing softwares with the CPU.
