I want to update memory, get a video card that will be able to crossover and work with the hd onboard video and want to know how much RAM the motherboard will support.

Any help is appreciated, please list suggested upgrades.

HOLY CRAP! Your CPU was sitting at 75 degrees! OMG! You got a problem!

Clean out the CPU cooler, and install some fans in the case immediately. Change the thermal paste and stuff, man. That temp is too high!

Now regarding your question, you don't need more RAM. It will honestly be useless waste of money unless you do editing professionally or really care about 3 minutes those 8GB of extra RAM will save ya. You are fine on RAM.

Regarding your question about the graphics card, I really don't know. Sorry

For sure, I'd recommend upgrading that CPU, Mobo and GPU.
8GB ram is pretty standard and is more then enough.
I agree wth Oleg, get a radiator, or Evo 212 cooler. (runs less hotter) - AMD CPU's tend to run hotter then Intel, but A10 series usually is very hot.
