I have 2 operating systems on my computer Windows 10 and Windows 7. When I'm booted into Windows 7 everything works fine, but when I'm booted into Windows 10 once in a while my USB devices will randomly stop working, which include keyboard, mouse, and wireless adapter. Is this a Windows 10 bug?

System Specs

CPU
AMD FX 8350 4.0 GHz

Motherboard
msi 970A-G46/ 970S-G46
Model NO. MS-7693

PS I already tried Device Manager and Devices and Printers and found nothing.

Solution
Okay it seems that I fixed the problem. It was a Windows update problem. After manually installing the Windows updates and restarting my computer a couple of times all my USB ports seem to be working for now.
