I play MGS: TPP is smooth and very little to none lag, but with The witcher 3 i can only play at 15-19 fps at lowest setting 1080p.
my budget is around 400-500 euro (i'm in europe now).
still i just need somehow to play the witcher 3 at medium setting, and i plan to upgrade again next year so only what is shall and needed to be upgraded is welcome.

GPU GeForce GTX 745 2gb
i bought it from a seller (whole).
P/s: still Halo exclusive for Xbox
