Hi! I have asus P8H61-M LX3 R2.0 motherboard & I bought a gtx 960(4GB) graphics card which is not fitting properly on above said motherboard because the SATA ports are getting under the fan of the card! The card only fits when I remove SATA cable! So is there a solution to this problem without changing the motherboard? And if not, which is the best low bugdet motherboard for i3-3210, Gtx 960(4gb) and 8 or above GB of ram? Also I have an old SMPS of 500 Watts for the graphics card so I guess a motherboard with low PSU output but enough room for Gtx 960(4GB) with SATA ports placed elsewhere would do! And if I use right angle SATA cable instead of straight, would it help in this case?

I'm assuming you're using all 4 sata ports and can't move the cable to a different port? I can't really tell for sure how much room you have there by looking at photos of the board. Right angle sata cables are a lot lower profile and the plastic portion of the plug sticks up about 1/4" (measured one I have sitting here) above the sata port. If you have 1/4" of space it should fit using a right angle style sata.

If you can't move any of the cables around to other sata ports and there's not enough room for a 90 degree cable to fit between the sata port and graphics card you may have to consider a different motherboard. Maybe one like this here.

It's still a micro atx board but...

It's still a micro atx board but the sata headers are out of the way of the pcie slot and shouldn't interfere at all with the graphics card. Just keep in mind that if it comes to replacing the motherboard you'll likely have to reinstall windows also. I don't know how much issue that would cause for you. For a couple of dollars I'd try the sata cable first though. Just make sure to get one long enough for the distance it has to reach, they come in various sizes from around 6" to 24" lengths.
