morning community,
so today i updated my UEFI on my asrock 990fx extreme4 from version 1.80 to 2.70 (the newest one) and obviously it resetted all my uefi settings. i changed them back to what i used before (i remember them pretty well) but the fan speed control option isn't working at all. doesnt matter to what target fan speed or target cpu temperature i set this, the fan speed settings just wont work, srsly my fan is so loud it makes me crazy.
i also tried without cool 'n' quiet.
i overclocked my cpu from 3.6 ghz to 4.0 ghz if thats important.
ah yeah and my cpu is the amd fx 8350.
yes i'm using the lastest drivers and chipset drivers.
i also upgraded to windows 10 if thats usefull.
the problem cant be hardware related since it worked before the update.
its driving me crazy help me pls :/
