After 20 mins of gaming my computer start running very slugish, need a fix

I have a amd fx6300 and temp reaches 66 degree mark while gaming but now after 20 mins of gaming result in slugish performance, after a restart everything goes back normal but again after 20 mints it start giving me slugish performance
my rig Fx6300
zotac 750ti
board asus mlx3
ram 8gb hyperx furry
need a fix

yeah it was virus, i checked my pc it was loaded with virus'es btw thanx for help
