My PC doesn't detect my ethernet cable

HI I recently built my own PC and after a few months, the ethernet connection started to break and I have to reconnect the cables. However, now my PC cannot even detect my ethernet cable and I changed my cables to try if it is an issue with the cables.

I tried plugging the cable to a different computer but it does not show up as well.

[Clarification]
I have tried the cable with 3 different computers and 2 of them did not detect it but the last computer shows that it has detected the cable with limited connectivity.
For the other 2 computers, I tried attaching different cables and different ports on the modem to them and they work fine and are able to detect the different cables attached.
On my primary desktop which I want to connect the problematic cable to, I have tried reinstalling the network drivers but it didn't work.
I downloaded version 20.4.1 from intel's webpage and tried to install on my desktop but it did not reflect the version change from 12.13.17.7 to 20.4.1.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused

Hi yes I have tried another port and even shifted my PC near the modem to try with a different LAN cable and it is able to detect the connection.
I tried reinstalling the network drivers as well but it did not work.
Is it possible that the fault is with the cable itself as I did some wiring so I attached one end of the cable myself. I followed the instructions found online.

Completely uninstalling the drivers that are currently installed then restarting the PC to 'refresh' it, and hopefully Windows will auto detect and re-download your drivers.

If not, you might need to talk to your motherboard vendor and see if they can provide any drivers you could try instead.

I tried to reinstall the driver but it didn't help. I used the drivers provided online and it did not solve the issue as well.

Hi I don't think it is the motherboard issue as I have tried the cable with another computer(my laptop) and it doesn't work as well. I tried attaching the PC with other cables and ports and there is internet connection.
