I'm honestly computer illiterate, and I'm not quite sure why my computer can't run SWTOR or HOTS competently, but runs WoW and

I've seen these before, so I guess I'll try my best at a "specs" page and hope someone can help me:

memory: 4096 mb ram

Processor: AMD E2-2000 APU with Radeon HD graphics (2 CPUs) ~1.8 ghz

driver name: AMD radeon hd 7340 graphics

i just upgraded to windows 10, but this isn't a windows 10 issue.

basically, my computer can run league of legends, and sometimes WoW, but that's about it.
any time i do anything involving more than myself in SWTOR or Wow Raids, it's literally un-doable. I'm sorry for my illiteracy in computers, but i wanted to hear a few opinions.

You need a better CPU and GPU to be running those games with minimal lag and good fps. a 2 core processor simply wont cut it, not will the HD7340 im sorry to tell you. You can check by running wow or swtor then minimizing and looking at the CPU usage and GPU usage, if they are both 100% then you know that the hardware you have is not sufficient enough. You can also try searching in the search bar for Power Options, and change to High Performance.

I hate to put it like this but Yes, you will most likely nee a new MOBO, PSU, CPU and GPU, Possibly ram if you dont have up to 4gb, 8gb pref for high end gaming.

no, it's not a laptop. it's not a traditional PC though. it must be crap since i rented it from Aaron's. It's an HP. model 23-b231. not quite sure if that helps or not. But it is quite old and I'm not exactly surprised at the answers, especially considering you can get them for about 300-500 bucks now. I've had this one for about 4 years or so.

When in the market looking for a new PC< be sure to make one on your own and spend the time doing it, this will insure that you will be able to do what you want and wont have to rely off a premade spit out by factory lines.

Disregard. I just looked it up on Aaron's site. They still sell your model, or something comparable to it. Your best option is to upgrade and build your own computer, when your finances allow. Sorry that my input wasn't particularly helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I can tell you this, World of Warcraft is poorly coded and threaded, and often requires much better hardware to run then it really should. Even some of the best hardware in some situations get pretty bad stuttering/micro-stuttering. That also said the PC isn't also what I would call 'up to scratch', as others have pointed out as well.
