So I have a couple of questions. So I have an Asus A55BM-K and I have a stock AMD fan (soon I will get the 212 evo). My question is how many case fans can my mobo support and will it have any good effects or will the temperatures stay the same? And while gaming my CPU temp goes to 71C. The max says it should go to 73C. (I have an amd A8-6600K amd CPU) Is that very high or is that temperature stable?

One more question. You said I can have 2 fans. At the moment I have only The cpu fan that is working! So that means I can plug in one more fan to have it as an exhaust or Intake? And that splitter... That connects to one 4-pin connector and I can use 2 fans on it that would work the same if only 1 fan was connected?

1) yes, i would suggest using the spare fan header for an exhaust fan.
2) yes correct, the splitter allows 2 fans to be connected to the splitter which only uses one motherboard fan connector.

i have a cryorig r1 ultimate cooler and it came with a splitter, i have two fans on the cooler connected to the splitter which is connected to one fan header.

hope i helped.
