Hi!
I Have Recently Purchased a new PC and 3 samsung 24" curved monitors. I have got Gta 5 And know that with AMD graphics cards you can use eyefinity multi display which allows you to spread your game over the 3 monitors?!

However, when i enable eyefinity and play GTA 5 I do not get this effect, i get three of the same thing on each monitor. i went into the settings on GTA 5 and saw that my resolution was at the lowest. however i cannot change it as i do not have enough "Video Memory" I need about 1500MB to run it at 5760 x 1080 which is what i kind of want it at.

If you have any suggestions of what affordable graphics card could do this for me or any questions please let me know!
thanks in advance!

and there is enough video memory?
sorry for all the questions, im not that familiar with all these terms!

Hello, sorry just a couple more things that you could possibly answer for me.
so the Graphics card above that you listed, can it support 3 monitors?
also will this make it possible for me to play games across all 3 displays in a decent resolution with 3 1920 x 1080 monitors?

Yes. Thru three inputs, it has 1 Displayport, 1 HDMI and 2 DVI inputs, so as long as your monitors will accept those, or you buy adapters to make them work, yes.

You'll have to lower the graphical settings, because no single card can really run resolutions that high that well.

If you want even more likely hood of it running better, you can get an r9 390 or 390X which have 8gb of vram. But each of those is about another $100 jump up in price.

ok so I wont be able to play full resolution, but will it spread across all three screens definitely?! Or if I were to buy an r9 390x which will run it in a higher resolution? would that be better?
thanks for all your help so far!

You're using the word resolution wrong.
1920x1080 and 1080p are resolutions. (the same ones even)
Low/Medium/High/Ultra are graphics settings, including things like texture quality, anti-aliasing, view distance.

A higher numbered (380 > 390 > 390x) card will let you use higher quality graphics at better FPS, but costs more money.
These can all power 3 monitors combined, but you'll have to lower the the graphics settings to make it run well.

Perhaps the following benchmark can give you an idea of GTA 5 performance with your Eyefinity set up. The benchmarks is for the highest graphic settings at a resolution of 3840 x 2160 which is 33.33% higher than your setup. The test rig has an Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz.

Using the simplistic assumption that performance is linear based on resolution, the R9 390 8GB GPU would perform 33.33% better because 5760 x 1080 resolution has 33.33% less pixels than 3840 x 2160. That would mean the R9 390X 8GB would get 34 FPS on average. In actuality, performance will likely be a bit higher, maybe around 39 FPS on average.

The R9 390X is basically a slightly faster version of R9 290X. Based on the benchmarks, there is not much of a difference between the R9 290X 4GB and R9 390X 8GB.

Yeah, and the settings you pick can influence that performance alot, ESPECIALLY with GTA5 where one setting (grass) can completely wreck your performance.
The settings they used for that benchmark:
We tested the game with everything set to very high and MSAA off.
On medium settings you can probably easily reach closer to 60+ FPS
