Yes. As long as its not directly connected to the PSU, any sys fans you can control aslong as they are 3 prong and plug directly into your MOBO

the heatsink fan if you get a good 4 pin will have whats called PWM pulse modulation, and it will allow you to change the rpms and everything, or set it to auto, the cpu fan has the most customization when it comes to speeds
