Which PSU is good enough for my PC?

My PSU died and now I'm searching for a good new one. Any recommendations?
I really don't know what to search for.

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H (rev. 1.1)
CPU: Intel Core i5 3330 (no overclock, stock cooler)
RAM: Kingston Value RAM (KVR1333D3N9/4G) in Dual Channel
Graphicscard: Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5 (Old Edition)
HDD: Toshiba 1TB
SSD: Samsung SSD 850 Evo 250GB
and also some LED's and a few Fans

Is it possible to go under 70€ for a system like this?

Yes a high quality psu that at least has 600watts .try to search for a name brand like evga or corsair . Evga makes good psu s but make sure it also has the right connectors for your gpu. As for corsair , stay away from the cx series if you can .

I think I'll buy it (the XFX one), fire up some benchmarks and if it's to weak I can send it back.
