I am looking for a manual for a DFI LANParty MI P55-T36 motherboard- picked one up from a boot sale and would like to see how it runs with some of my old CPU's and GPU's, however am struggling to work out where some of the wires go for the front panel!
If somebody could point me in the right direction i would be very grateful!
Many thanks!

Solution
What cpu do you have? check the cpu support list ( I don't know it is official or not) http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-DFI/LANPARTY_MI_P55-T36.html
Because the MB is old , maybe something else, like MB, cpu, RAM compatible problem, because you can use the PC without the 3V battery ( CMOS one).
If you have one onboard speaker, and try it without the RAM to see you can get the error beep code or not. Like this Bench it - Troubleshooting http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1753671/bench-troubleshooting.html

Thank you for the link to the pins! turns out i had them in the right place! my problem still remains that it powers up and straight back down again, literally in one second, i have checked RAM and even removed it while turning it on and the smae problem still occurs, meaning there is obviously a problem that occurs before the RAM, is it the motherboard 3v battery?

Thanks a lot for your reply, it turns out there was a considerable amount of dust and grime in one of the secondary power supplies on the MOBO, i cleaned it out, and lone behold a black boot screen!
Thanks a lot!!!!
