Steps to choosing a Windows Theme:
1) Right-click a free space on the desktop and choose 'Personalize' at the bottom
2) Here you can see the possible themes. In the middle is a section called 'Aero Themes,' you probably want to choose the standard Windows 7 Aero theme.
