This will be my last time saying this but i really wanna do this please finish off the build using this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cvJZMp and u can spend only 650$ more but gotta keep those.. already got ram ddr3 corsair vengence 2x4 8gb case is bitfenix comrade black and optical drive is already with me and got hyper212 evo coolers i need the motherboard to be overclockable and so is the cpu. Also in the future i would also like it to be so i can change and use all intel proceessors like i5 i7 and xeon and please make sure this is an intel build gl! Ooops, my bad. OP it seems that I forgot a psu among the large list of parts you already had and already requested. If you want an great overclockable processor then that means that we'd have to downgrade the gpu in my build. If that's the case I'd suggest this build instead. You'll still get good gaming performance, though you'll need to upgrade the gpu a year or two sooner than my previous build. Sorry :(

Well alright, tbh you're not gonna be disappointed with it,a dn you might find some good black friday deals on some of these parts. Just in case you want to know what kind of gaming performance you'd get with this build, here's a review for the r9 280x. The i5 4690k is a great processor so any poor gaming performance would likely be due to the r9 280x, but as you can see in the review it should be able to keep up with new titles for another year or two for the most part: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7400/the-radeon-r9-280x-review-feat-asus-xfx/13

If you're willing to lower settings to low or medium you can definitely keep 60fps in any game. At low to medium settings this build should be able to play the Withcer 3 at a consistent 60fps. Same goes for most other demanding new releases over the next year or two. After that you may have to upgrade the gpu if you want to be able to keep a constant 60fps in the most demanding titles. However, it should be possible to keep a constant 60fps for a while at console settings.
