How much GPU usage should I be getting in games? I have a gtx 970 and an fx6100 @4.1 and I'm getting around 100fps in csgo lowest settings... I checked the GPU usage and it's around 11%, my cpu usage is around 50%, In ark too on the lowest settings I get around 30fps, I checked my GPU and CPU usage again and it's around 30% for both. A couple of days before that however it ran at 80% usage and I was getting 60-80fps on high settings. I'm really confused... Can anyone help please? -also i checked how much power is going to the gpu and it's around 50% if that helps.

No processor is just fine. I run a 970 strix with an athlon 860k @ 4.6ghz and its just fine. ARK is a very poor directx11 title just bad performance on any hardware. they will soon release a directx12 update and that should be much beter. and performance changes because the releas allot of updates ( its still beta)
