I got this computer and also got 8GB (2x4GB) of KVR13S9S8/4 memory...
When installing BIOS reports the correct size of memory (the BIOS dumb, so more info), but nothing works - Windows, Linux, Memtest86...All freezes over...
There is any way to make the computer work with this memory or I have to but other sticks?
If do, what kind?

so yeah there you go thats the issue.. just go to a computer shop and try a 1066Mhz Ram.. its should work like a charm :)

i have had this issue before.. with my lenovo w530 and my lenovo B560 it didnt go beyond the windows logo at all... im 100% sure its your ram speed is causing the issue...

did this come with the Laptop or did you get them separately? some new Rams dont support at all.. it will just get stuck on bios. once i also had that issue. you have to match the bus speed of your motherboard.. check if the RAM frequency matching the motherboard..

im sure this is RAM frequency mismatch.. :)

Thanks for your comments...
1. The memory came from different source - the original memory is made by Samsung
2. BIOS seems to identify correctly the memory size (no other details on memory in BIOS), but any software after that freezes over within a moment (like starting Windows setup will start, but freezes on loading screen)
3. Looking at the specification, the memory should fit :-(
