Looking to build a PC that will run Arma 3 and DayZ on high and run smoothly. I am quite new to this stuff and had a look at different parts.

I was wondering first - Can this run the games? And can anyone try and change a few parts that will run the game but get my cost down to about $650-$700

You're link is invalid but what you should be looking for is a nvidia 760or r9280 or higher and an fx6300 or i5 3rd to 6th gen or an i7 3rd to 6 th gen
I am currently running an fx6300 with a r9 280x and I can run arma 3 and dayz on utra at about 50 fps which is smooth in arma 3s rngine. Build cost was 750$
