]Hello all. I have overclocked my 8370 t0 4.82 stable Prime95 6 hours. Had a serious problem with socket temps causing throttling, hit 80C after 10 minutes. Core temps stable between 59-60C. Being an old engineer I mounted a CM 120mm 93cfm fan to the rear panel over the socket and back of the NB VRAMS. Socket temps are now equal to core, 60C. No throttling. Being new to OC, yet an old time builder, I followed the AMD guide posted here and elsewhere. My question is am I pretty much at my components limit? I know your time is valuable, any input would be appreciated.
CM HAF 932, 230mm front, 120 front in line with cooler, 230mm side, 120 bottom directed to video card, 140 rear Same as cooler fans, 230mm top.
