Alright so I took my buddies gateway SX2100G and I formatted his hard drive windows 10 basically ruined his computer and so I installed windows 8 pro 64bit and now it says that it cant detect the drive. What should I do to get it to get it to boot. Wont let me access the bios.
Installed windows 8 onto computer. Issues ensue.

I have just a few questions for you. First of all, what do you mean by 'windows 10 basically ruined his computer'? Also, why are you unable to access the BIOS, is there a password on it or will it not load at all?
