Best case for modding a basement?

So I am looking to get a case a bit nicer than my rather unimpressive CM N200. I have looked at cases like the H440/Enthoo Pro and the like, as the PSU shroud is nice, but I would really like a case with a proper basement. Now, DO NOT have the space for a 900D, and I want to buy something new, so no 800D. The TJ07 is really nice, but I don't want to spend 300. Probably 170 at most, really would prefer 120. Seeing that the only case in that price range with a basement is the MasterCase 5, which I think looks awful, I am going to have to mod a basement. I have the tools and experience to work with metal, so I just need to know what is the best case for modding a basement. I do prefer a clean look, so no HAF series or crazy LED things. I don't mind the Antec Eleven Hundred or even the Nine Hundred, if those are the best option. I like NZXT cases quite a bit as well. Corsair is good too. I would like to mount a radiator down there if at all possible.

Unfortunately, turning the PSU on it's side is going to make it a "super tower" I think based off it's height. You'd have to find some other place to put the PSU based on your desire and the only place off hand I could think of would be the front of the case, but trying to jimmy rig it in there would block 1-2 of your front fans and possibly eat up drive bay space. That's not to say you cant, but I don't think you'll find what you're looking for in a prefab case, you might have to make your own or buy a super cheap full size and completely gut it.

Totally different line of thinking... mind you this is a prefab case for a mini itx, but it would have viewing facing fans/coolers. Just something else for you to ponder...

Your post is a tad confusing, what are you trying to do with your case/what are you looking for from it? The H440 is a great case and I would recommend it if you don't plan to run a smelting factory in your PC but I'm a tad lost why you'd want to try and put a radiator on the bottom.

On the Tj07 you can mount a radiator vertically in the basement. It is a really nice look and I really would like to try to replicate it.

I'm not opposed to a full tower, as long as it is not too expensive, and not as big as a 900D
