Pc fans spinning but pc does not start up the first two or times no beep third time time it beeps and start i had disconnected everything to basic that did not help

hardware config motherboard is asus p7f7 supercomputer
with videocard msi 750ti gaming

powersuply is 700w Be Quiet Straight Power 700W (E6

NOT SOLVED YET on 29-10 2015

3 beep error codes on our prebuilt HP systems here usually means there's a PSU issue. Do you happen to have another you could try and swap out to see if that would remedy the issue (rather than buying a new one first)? The fans spinning is a bit odd because they are still getting power. Take your RAM out as well and ensure it's properly seated on the motherboard.
