I'm planning to build a PC that can power three displays. Planning to use the new Acer Predator X34 Ultrawide 3440x1440p monitor as well as an Asus ROG Swift PG278Q 2560x1440p monitor AND a BenQ XL2720Z 1920x1080p monitor. I have no budget for any one this whatsoever so if anyone would like to suggest different monitors, that would be also considered. I want to be able to run games, not in Eyefinity, but rather one monitor at a time. Most of the time, I would be gaming on the Ultrawide, sometimes the QHD and the FHD very rarely. The Ultrawide would be for the gaming and I would want to have Twitch or a capture software open in the QHD while the FHD would have things like Social Media and Browsers. I also want to be able to run AAA games at their highest possible settings and get frame rates of at least 50fps, and preferrably frame rates above 65fps. I want to get these figures when gaming on any of the three displays. Thanks in advance :)

This will hopefully meet your needs, monitors included in the price, I chose the i7 5820k because it's a 6 core processor which (might?) help with your tasks such as gaming and streaming?

really? a single gtx 980ti can max out 3440x1440p with 60+ fps (more importantly will it take advantage of the high refresh rate)? interesting... I thought otherwise, plus doesn't streaming reduce a bit of performance?

This looks very good, the CPU and GPUs are perfect as well. Thanks!

A 4K screen has about 8.3 million pixels . The X34 has about 4.8 million pixels for the graphics card to calculate and render .
A little simple math says the frame rates on the predator will be about 70% faster than they would be on a 4K screen
There are games that wont be maxxed to 60 fps , but even today the majority of games will be very close or higher than 60 FPS . The point is moot though since the monitor is GSync and will be smooth at much lower frame rates .

Streaming will be an issue for cpu power . Possibly a 6 core socket 2011 processor will be better . But a socket 1151 i7 can do the job

Thanks! Hope it works out for you, and good luck on your twitch channel and have fun! :)

BTW the motherboard supports up to 2 cards in sli with this CPU..

You can upgrade to the asus sabertooth if you want support for 3 cards, not really important, just want to put it out there :)
