Best gpu possible

My system
MB:asus h97 pro gamer
Cpu: i7 4790k (stock)
Memory: 2x 8gb gskil ripjaws 1600mhz
Storage: 1tb western digital black+ 2tb western digital green
Psu:corsair cx 750w
Gpu: gtx 770 4gb oc
Could i replace the gpu with a 980ti? Would the psu be enough? Thx

change the psu while you're at it it's a tier 4 don't want it to gave up and take all your system down with it
change it to Corsair RMi series (if you want the same brand), EVGA Supernova G2/GS, Seasonic X series or XFX Pro series, XTR/XTS

The gtx 980Ti would be the best gpu upgrade possible. It requires a PSU of minimum 600w. So your 750w could handle it well. But you might wanna use a 80+ bronze/silver/gold certificated PSU just to be safe.
