Can't open windows apps, can't do a timed restore, can't download Adobe? No sound, if I shut down keyboard doesn't work. Have to continually shut it down til it works, can't restart have to shut down completly. EVERYTHING BUFFERS. Or just freezes. Now Internet won't work

Give your computer specs (operating system, cpu, etc)
Tell us step by step your porblem those things u wrote
are not going to help us understand whats ur problem
Maybe u just need a format and fresh install of your windows or ur operating system.
