First time building a gaming pc

Ehh, your build needs a lot of work, too much on parts that don't increase system performance, and you're definitely overspending on the peripherals.
Do you NEED a blu-ray? Only like PS4 and XBox1 games come on blu-ray, and blu-ray movies, but the drives don't always work, and unless you're burning blurays constantly they aren't worth the expense.
The following is a better use of your money, by a long shot, at least a 50% improvement in performance in games.

Building your own computer is easy. Building it takes 2-3 hours, and installing windows takes about 30mins to 45mins, and after that downloading and installing drivers takes another 30-45 mins. After all that, have it download windows updates at night, it may take a 2-4 passes to get them all.

Protip for installing drivers safely, install them one at a time and restart the computer after each install to avoid breaking the OS, which can happen if you try to install them all at once.
